I stayed here for 3 days and will come back. It was a perfect hotel with newly renovated rooms and consistently courteous staff. The service was perfect.

Had amazing stay in this luxurious hotel, the staff were exceptional, location was brilliant in the center of the city. They gave us spotlessly clean and huge a double room with nice balcony.

The most important - strategic location right on the edge of the Old Town. Based just next door to the tram, the city center and shopping street. Comfortable modern, brand-new hotel room, plentiful breakfast.

Luxury hotel, new-fashioned rooms, PERFECT view of the hills and domes of Sarajevo. Very central location to everything you want to see in the old part of the city. And really close to shops and restaurants as well as the center of the city. Lobby bar in the venue.

The breakfast served was varied and plentiful with eggs to order and chips and several local dishes.

Had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning in my double room. The location was convenient and top, only 5 minutes walk to a landmark wooden fountain. The traditional restaurant had LOCAL food and efficient service.

Immaculately clean place with exceptionally nice and absolutely kind staff and amazing view over the old town and mountains. Large and newly renovated hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Quiet atmosphere and modern decor. Incredible, wonderful location in Sarajevo, near to Latin bridge and tour group meeting point and next to the markets and historical areas of Sarajevo and restaurants, shops, churches, museums, the brewery and the aerial tram. Again, walking distance to a landmark wooden fountain. The property of choice in Sarajevo.

The breakfast was large and varied with gluten free products, several local dishes plus espresso, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was brand-new and comfortable modern with balcony, superb view plus kettle as expected.

Absolutely brilliant! The check-in process was excellent, and even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, they quickly made it available within an hour. The rooms were large and recently renovated, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best aspects was the central location, as it was within walking distance of most attractions in town.

While there were many positives, there were a couple of downsides as well. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of amenities such as a gym or pool.

Plentiful and very very good breakfasts, with local food, eggs to order, traditional products.

The room was immaculately clean and luxurious, we would want to stay there again. Besides, the location was marvellous and brilliant for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of an ottoman-era stone bridge. Moreover, it's really close to the river and Latin bridge as well as the Bascarsija bazaar/market.

Awesome and stunning location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Gazi Husrev-beg's Museum. Also, close to the Bazaar.

The whole room was top-notch and well decoratedwith beautiful view, balcony, very firm mattresses.

the room was new-fashioned and recently refurbished, had a mini bar, satellite television and climate control. the staff were exceptionally nice and absolutely kind and the facilities were clean. location: the hotel was adjacent to wonderful sarajevo and shopping malls. konyali ahmet usta, where you can eat outstanding food, was set 5 minutes walk away.
